PJ Hanke’s diverse background as a composer, producer, and performer has made him one of the most conceptual artists creating music for picture today. His eclectic style combines a musical mosaic of influences and experience that includes playing Hammond B3 with the legendary Ray Charles at age 16, studying opera performance, music production, and composition at Northwestern University, and scoring commercials for the world's leading advertising agencies upon graduation. Not long after, PJ was invited by Hans Zimmer to join Media Ventures/Remote Control and spent years collaborating with many of the most musical minds in Hollywood. PJ currently resides in Los Angeles, CA and in addition to scoring film and television, can occasionally be seen playing keyboards for Boy George and Culture Club.
